      Refused to bill to VSP , discuss prior to appointment that this was a yearly vision check do not bill to BCBS. Office appointment August 9th 2022
      Received bill called September 6th explained that it was billed incorrectly, told me it was medical that’s the way it done and in angry way., I tried explained again that this was a yearly exam for vision check and medical they were just keeping a watch on no treatment. If it was medical I would be required to come back every 6 months.
      My husband said he would go and ask about the bill because they did the same mistake with him and fixed it on prior bill ask them to fix on his appointment today September 19th 2022
      Told him it was my bill to chill out ( how professional is that ) so I’m not going to deal with them anymore just want them to bill to VSP and code correctly for exam ( VSP ) nobody deserves that kind of treatment and unprofessional treatment from a business.
