    Absolutely don't waste your time with these downright criminals. I'm so beyond sick and tired of having to take COLD BATHS and sit in a COLD HOUSE (and literally, physically getting SICK from it) because these people, that I've been calling out to fix my heater/hot water heater for over a YEAR now, have just been half-assing it every single time, just so I have to keep calling them out so they can keep charging me more and more money every time... It's an absolute racket they have going on... Then they wanna sit there and say, "oh, well, we aren't fixing it right cuz you owe us a lot of money..." Well I wouldn't owe you so damn much if it had just been done right, from the start, rather than having to call you out for a measly bit of nothing every couple damn months!!! They're never getting another penny out of me at this point. I'll pay more for someone to actually fix it right and be done with it!

    Ms. ******, we have been out to your home a total of three times, and you have only been billed once. We have not been out to your home since December 2023, and you have not paid your bill. It was recommended multiple times to replace a few parts on your unit. You and your co-owner did not want to replace the parts, because of the cost. Heating systems do not last forever and parts eventually need to be replaced. If you don't want to replace the parts that are needed, we can't fix your unit. You may want to check your fuel to see if you are out again. We have had over 1200 customers last year, and you are the only complaint.
    We wish you well, but your statements are false. We do not return to customers that do not want to pay their bills.
    Here's a short summary of your service calls:
    1. The first time we came out to your home, your system was out of fuel. You were not charged for this visit.
    2. The second visit, we had to purge air from your system. This happens when a system runs out of fuel. We also found that the recirculation pump was bad. This was replaced with approval. After this was replaced we were able to further diagnose the system. The automatic air vent and the transmitter was not operating properly. You and the co-owner were notified, and did not want to pay the cost of the parts. You did have heat and hot water when we left. Without the air vents working properly, the air can't purge on it's own.
    3. The third and final visit, the system needed to be purged of air again, because the parts weren't replaced. You were not charged for this visit, but you were reminded again that the parts needed to be replaced.

    That is not accurate. And I have been paying on the bill, per you agreeing to let me make payments. You're telling me you only charged me once, but for HUNDREDS of dollars, for no more work than was done?! And I did check it - I still have 18 inches left, which is more than enough that it should still be running. And low fuel doesn't make a system screech and gurgle loudly. It's also false that you haven't had any other complaints - I may be the only BBB complaint, but there are plenty others on other sites that align with what I've said against your business. And I had someone from another business come out yesterday to look at it, and the technician flat out told me that if your technicians had properly serviced it from the start, it wouldn't be in as bad a shape as it is. He said there were multiple things yours could have - and should have done, even aside from replacing the parts, that could have saved it.
