    On 9/24/24 my husband ( ******* ******* ) and I placed a deposit on his Discover card for a partial fence installation in the amount of $2,100. We were told it would take weeks to even be put on the schedule as they were backed up with jobs.
    On 10/31/24 my husband lost his job . I immediately called and spoke to lady in the office ( *****) I informed her of the situation and that we needed to cancel moving forward with the fence installation. We were also still not even on their schedule yet .
    She said they would refund us and that it could take up to a month to see our refund . After a month went by with no refund I called again. She said she was taking care of it . After another month went by without our refund we called again. She was very rude to my husband and said they had to wait for a book keeper to come in to do the refund .
    I work in billing and know that this is not accurate. Refunds are an easy process that typically take 5-7 business days, not two months.
    We are seeking help with this situation to receive our refund. We have also contacted our Credit Card for assistance .
