    I have been playing bet rivers online for close to a year. I played the same slot everyday with multiple deposits everyday. I have given them a substantial amount of patience and dedication through the problems I have had with them. They offer bonus perks like every other casino and the perks included Bingo, Trivia nights and pop up games and as anyone who gambles knows they want the perks. Well I documented and submitted maybe upwards 20 complaints about their perk games locking up. Screen shots of customers in the chat complaining as well. I think they gave me 10$ for 30-40 hours of proving this to them. Then trivia night the questions lag and its impossible to win and I never get Bingo I got a clear bingo and sent a screen shot of the callers card and my card and it was clearly a bingo and they gave a lame excuse not to pay me. Long story short is that I treated their customer service agents with the insane courtesy and I really hoped that me being detail oriented and letting them know exactly how these glitches and when they are occuring. I complain about the bingo game one morning and they put my account into a review. Passed the financials and identity which I know I was going to pass because I've done nothing wrong. They gave me the same run runaround garbage saying my account will be ready to go soon and 6 days later they lock it out for good. $200,000 in spins and they wouldn't even give me a reason why they permanently locked my account. They are extreme maximum level Cowards that take your money and when they had enough they boot you. Since this has happened I have made it my mission to take what I can from them until something is done about this. I have paid almost $20,000 to about $40 to people who on front of me deleted the betrivers Harrington app and Bally's bet rivers app. It's not fair when you invest so.much into something and a casino can shove you out for no reason and they don't even have to tell you what for. Cowards do what Bet Rivers does!.

    I signed up for a first time deposit promotion that was suppose to have your money matched on their online casino/Sportsbook.
    I deposited $250 expecting the casino to match the offer and they did not. The offer is a typical bait and switch. This is fraud.
