  My daughter financed a car from new castle motors that had engine issues from the beginning . She got less than 1000 miles out of the car before it completely broke down. The car remained at new castle motors as a voluntary repo. Without including a bunch of unnecessary info I'd recommend not doing business with either organization. American finance advised that they were aware that the dealership sold lemons however continue to finance their vehicles.

  American Finance L.L.C. is a finance company that merely provides financing for consumers to purchase vehicles. The consumers are the ones who select the dealership and vehicle. We have never stated that New Castle Motors sells vehicles with mechanical issues, and we are unaware of any particular reputation they have in the industry for doing so.

  Purchased furniture 90 days same as cash 1397.00 we put $400 down . Instead of financing $997.00. This company said the $400 was a security deposit. And told us that we are financing $1397.00. This company is a rip off. After I paid it down to $400 .I called to pay it off they told me I owed $680, u have it in writing. They are full of shit . Liars im reporting them to theNBB

  This company is a rip off. For a voluntary repo I have now paid o wee 5kmore than the car is worth. Customer service sucks . I’m telling you NEVER. EVER EVER EVER GET A AUTO LOAN FROM THIS PLACE!!! I wish I could give them -10

  I got a car from a dealership. The car was in a car accident nobody told me the car was in a accident not even a week later my AC stopped working I took my car to the Honda dealership and they wouldn’t even fix because the wiring was all out of place they said it wasn’t worth fixing. I’m being charged a high interest rate for a car that has a salvage title. I went down there to talk to them and the managers were getting smart and wouldn't let me express my opinion. They charged me too much for a car that’s been in a car accident. I feel like they kind of scammed me because they should have told me that the car been in an accident. I feel like they should be held accountable for their customer service and how they treat people that finance from them.

  They make u pay way more then the car is worth and they are okay dealing with dealers that sell over priced cars so they can get more money out of you I bought a 2014 Chevy mailbu and they sold it to me for 14,000 dollars and the car if I was lucky was worth 3,000 grand I called and told them that I was ripped off and they said call the dealer what a joke I would never buy a car or finance with American finance ever again please stay away from them they also call everyday and everyone u have listed if you are a day late on payments

  RUDE MANAGER NICHOLE WHO WILL NOT WORK WITH CLIENTS WHEN THEY BUY A VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP 3 MNTHS OF THE 6 MONTHS SINCE PURCHASE. MADE THREATS TO SEND TO AN AUCTION BEFORE I CAN EVEN GET MY LAWYER TO REACH OUT TO THEM. I RUN A BUSINESS AND IF A TRUCK IS IN THE SHOP SO MUCH I CANNOT MAKE PAYMENTS ON IT. I DID PAY THE INTEREST LAST MONTH. I'VE HAD TOW BILLS, THEY TRIED TO BLAME ME THE DRIVER FOR FAULTYNESS IN THE TRUCK AS TOLD BY A KENWORTH DEALER THAT THE EQUIPMENT WAS FAULTY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DRIVER. I DO NOT TRUST THIS TRUCK, I'VE LOST CONTRACTS BECAUSE THE TRUCK IS NOT RELIABLE. I'VE ASKED THEY BUY IT BACK THEY WILL LESS 10 GRAND WHEN I'VE PUT THAT MUCH EXTRA ON THE TRUCK. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AMERICAN FINANCE NOR EZ TRUCKS IN HARRINGTON. RUN AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. TOUGH LUCK ON THE CONSUMER THAT NO ONE BACKS OR RESPECTS.

  As the finance company, we have tried to work with you and the dealership as much as possible to come to an amicable resolution, including us paying some of the service fees ourselves.
  At the same time, we have requested your lawyer’s information multiple times, and have received none. We are still happy to speak with your attorney if you do provide this information.
  We did not threaten to send the vehicle to auction. The account is past due on payments, which would allow us to repossess the vehicle and send it to auction if you were not to redeem it. However, it appears that you have called back in and made arrangements with our team to pay the account current and retrieve your vehicle.
  As long as all of the arrangements are adhered to, there will be no reason for us to proceed with repossessing this vehicle and sending it to auction.
