    On February 21, 2024 I signed a contract with Choice Remodeling & Restoration to replace my roof. I gave them a check for $7995 as a deposit. They alerted me that they don't do installs in the winter and when Spring hit they would schedule. As of today, 10/8 I have still not gotten my roof installed. There is a significant leak in my roof which has only gotten worse
    Patrick Peele who works for the company has given me six(6) install dates and they have not made any of the dates, giving excuses as in family emergencies, etc.

    A Choice Remodeling representative knocked on my door in 2022 stating hail damage. I went ahead and did an assessment and the insurance company was then brought in. An agreement was made to fix my siding and roof. I handed over $1000 deposit then both of my insurance checks estimated at 20K then like an idiot when I signed everything and they told me a date of “May” I forked over $5666. It September and still nothing. The owner **** has ghosted me and the adjuster. This is unacceptable. I want the work done by the date I have them or I want all of my funds returned to me.

    We signed a contract with choice back in October of 2022 to give the insurance companies money to them in order to fix storm damage to the roof and siding. Choice was paid over 30k to date and while the roof has been completed the siding work has yet to begin. After repeated emails and texts we now are not receiving any update if the work will be completed. We have asked if the company cannot complete we’ll need money returned but have not heard from choice regarding matter. We will need them to finish the job or return money. The next step is legal action if no response.

    SIGNED CONTRACT 2/9/23 FOR 18 WINDOWS REPLACMENT PROVIA AND NEW SIDING ON HOUSE AND GARAGE. WINDOWS FOR DOWNSTAIRS WAS MEASURED WRONG. REPLACED WITH PELLA WINDOWS. WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HALF SCREEN WINDOWS HAD FULL SCREENS. THE SIDING WAS NEVER DONE. I WANT THE CORRECT SCREENS INSTALLED AND ALL OF THE SIDING PUT ON
