    This business is connected with ODefense. Both will take your money, provide an inferior product and then tack on monthly charges for web or streaming services that you never asked for.

    I too missed the fine print on the “free” WebTV & requirement to cancel within 30 days. Buyer beware.

    For those of you who have ordered a Touchsmart watch through Luxecrafters and received unknown charges for $29.97 a month later, the fine print reads that along with the free smart watch, you also receive a free 30 day subscription to WebTV. If you don't cancel it within the 30 days, you'll be billed, and the charges will be from Backstage Deals LLC. If you call Luxecrafters support line (I couldn't include it here without the BBB bot thinking I had included sensitive info), they will cancel the subscription and you'll no longer be billed. I just dealt with this myself, and fortunately Cashapp declined the payment. Hope this helps someone!

    How are these people getting our credit information. I too was charged $10.75 and $29.76 three times. Bank card fraud caught the last 2 but I need to call fraud back about these other charges that went through

    Umm they took $79 off my cash app , and at first my cash app sent me a message saying “did you make this purchase “ and I clicked NO! the next morning I woke up and I was charged $79 anyways!!!! I need a customer service number ASAP!!!!! -signed one mad ass MOFO!
