    I purchased an item on May 4, 2024 and had to inquire about the item several times. They said it was due to shipping constraints for stock delay, which is understandable but it has been 8 months. I requested a refund and it has been 9 business days, still no refund. What is the excuse now? These people are extremely unprofessional.

    I bought a full armer system last year, and several inserts were missing worth well over $100. Customer service was contacted 2/14/23, and given photos of the packaging and items as requested. I was told a ticket had been sent to the fulfillment center, but several emails later ( last on 8/18/23) I still have no confirmation, and no items. The rest of the soft armer that came in was packaged bent in half which creases and weakens the fibers. The carrier, and other attachments are good quality. Service was polite, but unfruitful.

    Ordered a helmet from them back in August and ended up canceling my order a month later due to the lead times which has left me waiting for a refund for over 2 months now. The customer support has been very poor and I've contacted them multiple times and recieved help from 2 different people, the 1st one was the one that had told me my refund has been processed and the 2nd one was initially contacted on November 5, she then told me that there may have been an error with the refund. Upon following up I was then informed that the ticket had not been resolved and that she would get back to me. I still have not heard anything back to this day.
