5 stars302 house buyers help with the sale of my parents home in Wilmington. Karen was very pleasant and kind during our interactions. She answered every question I had during the process and was very detailed in explaining the steps involved. I was sad to see the house sell but Karen made the transition smooth. 5 starsOur interaction with 302 house buyers was not as complicated or frustrating as we led ourselves to think. Karen was kind and courteous every step of the way in the sale of our property. She was very thorough in explaining every aspect from the start up to the closing and very patient when we had a million questions or concerns. 302 Home Buyers made selling my house very easy.. Karen and Ken were great! I had been going back and forth with the idea of selling it, but didn’t want to have to deal with the hassle of fixing it up and the whole selling process. It was so much less of a headache, I got a fair price for my house and closed in a month! I highly recommend 302 home Buyers!

Every phase of the sale process went very well. I originally had a low opinion of all those "we buy houses" organizations because they low ball you. Well, 302 House Buyers definitely did not do that. They gave me a very fair offer for my property. I will definitely call them first if I am ever again in the need to sell a distressed property. Karen worked with me throughout the process. She and the entire team was very patient with me and understanding of my situation as I struggled for several months to get my hold over tenants out of my property so I could proceed. Even the closing went very smoothly. The staff was very accommodating when it came time to meet at several stages along the process. Now that this process is complete. I am extremely satisfied with how the entire process went. I feel like Karen and 302 House Buyers did me a humongous favor. I couldn't be happier.
I think 302 House Builders are well ahead of their competition. Its due to their competitors that I had a low opinion of companies like this. In fact, when I first got their advertisement, I only called just to see how low the offer would be. They quickly turned that low opinion in to a happy customer who would gladly look to do business with them again. So, to summarize things... THOSE GUYS & GALS ARE AWESOME!!!

Hey Jay, so excited that we were able to change your opinion about real estate investors :-) There are definitely bad apples in the industry but we try to do the right things.
You were very professional to work with, and it definitely was a good thing we we all managed to deal with the holdover tenants as a team!
Happy to do it again in the future if the needs arise :-)

302 homebuyers went above and beyond to help make the house sale process completely stress-free, during a otherwise very stressful time. The sale was quick and Karen did extra work days prior to closing to help out of a difficult situation. Karen and Ken are honest and kind hearted people. They offered a very fair price purchasing house "as is". I can't wait to see all the updates, renovations, and repairs that were unable to be completed before sale. Seems like helping people that are in difficult situations is their foundational value before anything else. Probably why they are #1 house buyer's.
