      I had big boxes from items I bought my kids. I put them out with recycling and put smaller boxes inside them. The trash company took them and never told me they are going to charge me 30 extra dollars for boxes or I would of taken the boxes to work. How can they charge me without even asking me or writing me a bill. I caught it by looking at my bank statement because they charge me every 3 months auto payments. That should be considered stealing.

       Back in 2020 we had an issue with him putting bulk items out. The HOA got involved and agreed that if he continued there would be extra charges. The HOA contract states the guidelines with the extra fees. In 2021 a phone call was placed again bc he was going over his limit again. We explained if he continues there would be extra fees. In 2022 another call was placed bc he had put shower doors out for collection (again). He asked what we would charge to haul them. We quoted $25. He refused!! 

      Oct 17, 2024, he had put a few boxes out with toys etc in them. It took our guys 4 trips to load, a picture was sent in and documented. On November 29, 2024, more boxes and plastics containers full of junk, toys, drywall etc. was placed out on the curb for collection. We collected and contacted the HOA and was told to bill him which we did. 

      on 1/2/25 Mr Wheeler called and asked what the charge was for, We explained what he did and reminding him of the previous conversations we had. His response was, “If I had known I wouldn’t have set the crap out!” 

       In order to get this resolved he is going to have to follow our guidelines by calling in bulk items like the contact states or terminate service the end of March when his qtr is up. Thank you

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      I wasn't able to write a response to what I rejected from deihms response.  They lied about everything they wrote. For starters I never contacted them to haul shower doors. I placed them out and to the side of my trash and they took them and shattered glass all over the roads and left glass everywhere.  And I've never had any drywall out my house is new and never put drywall out so not sure what that's about. Also the main complaint i wrote about them taking just boxes from Christmas and charging me 30 extra dollars and not say anything is my complaint. If somethings going to cost the customers extra they should be told or sent a bill not just take something then randomly charge them and only reason I caught it was looking at my bank statement.  Not sure why they lied in their response back especially about the shower doors I still have video evidence of there working destroying my road and leaving then the owner of the company I got ahold of and he cussed at me saying it was my fault very unprofessional.  Also I recorded that call and saved it if they want to make up more lies. What I want resolved is my 30 dollars back and if there's something that they see is going to cost the me extra don't take it ill bring it to work. I've never had a problem with any other trash company this one is horrible.  There trucks leave stains all over the roads and their staff is rude.
