    October 14, 2024 ,A/C unit installed
    May 2, 2024, Maintenance Service was performed.
    At installation they had hooked up our existing humidifier. In April, my husband did the maintenance on it and shut the humidifier off. In December, we discovered a leak in a bedroom closet & then found the A/C catch pan was overflowing with water.
    They came to inspect the leak & damage and said the drain from the catch pan was blocked with insulation. They said the humidifier also had water in it. But we said how could that be when it was already off. The tech had no idea as to why. The owner called us and said he would take care of the damage and to send the invoice from painter/drywaller. We complied. After copious & repeated calls to the owner as well as his office giving assurances that the owner would contact us, we have not heard from them. The cost of repair was $450.00 of which we paid to painter/drywaller. We are seeking reimbursement for the cost of damage. The company is: Integrity Heating & Air

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered.
    We don't reject the offer of $450 reimbursement, as explained below. . . . . .we have not  received the check as of 1/18/2025.  We are concerned that Integrity is giving us the run around again.  We asked the Post Office at Bethany Beach how long it takes to receive mail from Laurel, DE - they said 2 days.  The five days for our response to you will be up Monday Jan. 20 which is a national holiday,so no mail will be delivered and we can't know if the reimbursement check is there. Please advise
