  Recently had CMC Land Management clean out the back of my yard, which butts up against some preserved land. It was awesome to see the care Derrick took in removing the overgrown bushes and dying trees so as to not interrupt a beaver dam in the preserved land. He also took into consideration that I have small grandchildren and built a small embankment at the waters edge to act as a barrier for the kids
  
  The job started on schedule and finished on schedule and you can see from above, Derrick was willing to accommodate the uniqueness of the job.
  
  I would highly recommend CMC Land Management and would use them again in the future

  I recently purchased a plot of land with a condemned house and a half acre of overgrown brush. CMC Land Management was hired to raze the house and clear the vegetation. Derrick did a fantastic job. The debris from the house was loaded into dumpsters and hauled away very efficiently. Because of the dense vegetation growth, clearing the lot took a few days. Derrick showed up early every morning and worked until evening. Derrick is amiable and very easy to talk to. He submitted the best price for the job and remained true to the estimate. Can't say enough nice things about the man and his company. If I need more land management work done I will not hesitate to call on Derrick.

  So far I had 1.2 acres of trees cleared by Derrick (owner) from CMC. I have had lots cleared by other companies in the past, but Derrick did by a far a superior job. The site was difficult with many stumps and trees, but Derrick successfully removed all stumps, raked, and leveled the lot. Upon completion there was no tire ruts and the edge of the property were neatly cleared.
  
  Prior to working, Derrick provided timely and accurate price quotes for not only this portion of the projects, but for several other future projects on the same parcel. Derick was also able to generate quotes for "worst care scenarios" because I am dealing with a complicated parcel. Derrick got me the best price quote for my lot, performed the best work I've ever had done by a land management company, and his daily communication was clear and on point.
  
  I highly recommend the CMC crew to anyone looking to have land cleared at a good price, and for anyone looking for a smooth and easy to manage final grade. I will be hiring CMC again for several other clearing, driveway, and pond digging projects.
