Willey and Co. installed a well 8 years ago when we built our new home. A few months ago, we began having water flow issues and when further investigated by another company, we discovered that Willey had only drilled 55 feet instead of 83 feet as requested by my husband. Not only did they not drill down to 83 feet, but they lied on the permit, stating that they drilled 83 feet, which was fraudulent. When DNREC was made aware, they did not care since it was past the 3 year mark. We have a severe rust/iron issue that has blocked our water flow and now we have no flow. We are now having to pay another company to put in a new well. I would not recommend Willey and Co. at all to do anything. They should have their license revoked.

We were contracted by the builder of your home to install the well & septic in 2016.
Originally, we applied for the well in October 2016 for a 60’ well, there was a conversation with your husband that he wanted an 80’ well and a Gould’s pump. Our records show that we met those requests.
We understand there was a 1-year walk with the builder and there was no mention of any issues with the well.
We have no record of an issue or question about the well since it was constructed. We show a warranty claim concerning water movement in a toilet.
We do offer a 4-year warranty on parts and a 3-year labor warranty. We guarantee a bacteria-free and sediment-free well. Water quality is an unknown factor when drilling all wells, however, we attempt to aid possible water quality issues by pulling a water sample and communicating with a water treatment specialist to provide better water quality.
