1 starIf I could leave zero stars or negative stars for this business I would. Their agents made repeated false statements in writing and over the phone on a recorded line. Their agent Tyler promised me the sun, moon, and stars and totally misrepresented the company's terms and conditions and what the company could do. When this became apparent, and I tried to cancel the contract even though a carrier had not been booked, and I should have been allowed to cancel for free because I complied with the terms and conditions and this company violated California law regarding false and deceptive business practices, I was told I'd be charged $99. In addition, this company wasted hours of my time. Consider this before book. This company has an F for a reason.Review fromRachelle M

We chose Navi Auto Transport to ship our car from Oregon to Connecticut. We based our decision on previous reviews and competitive pricing. Unfortunately upon booking we were told that we had to pay an extra $300 to have the car picked up on a specific day (rather than a window). On the day of pick-up we were told the driver from Diesel Auto Transport would arrive between 8-4 and give us notice of arrival time. At 4 o’clock on the schedule day of pick-up and still not hearing anything I contacted Navi who gave me the contact information for the shipping company who then gave me the drivers number. The driver said he would be arriving around 8pm. At this point I felt we shouldn’t have been charged the extra $300 - given that the criteria was not met. As a result of the timing we were forced to hide the key to the vehicle and let the driver know where it was. We were told that the car would arrive one week after pick-up and given a specific day. That day came and went and I reached back out to Navi. Apparently the truck our vehicle was on had broken down somewhere and was waiting for another truck to arrive. “This should have minimal impact on your delivery,” was their response. It arrived another week later. In the meantime we were forced to use Uber/lift.
On the day of delivery the driver gave us a window for his arrival and also arrived way past the given time.
Throughout this whole process I constantly had to reach out for information. Navi was never proactive in communicating what was going on and neither was Diesel Auto Transport I also expressed a refund for the $300 that we paid in addition for an extra service that was not met. And they took no ownership for the actions of the company they hired, “we are the broker and once booked have no responsibility in regards to logistics”.
This is the third time we have shipped our car and was the worst experience by far. We will never use them in the future and highly recommend that you don’t eitherNavi Transport Services LLC

Hi Rachelle,
Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, though we’d like to clarify a few key points for the sake of accuracy.
The additional $300 you referenced was for a guaranteed pick-up date, which was honored. While the carrier ultimately arrived later in the day than anticipated, the vehicle was picked up on the confirmed date, which is the core requirement of that upgrade. In the auto transport industry, pickup windows are often necessary due to factors like traffic, route adjustments, and federally mandated driver hours. These are realities we always try to explain clearly up front.
Regarding communication: we strive to keep our customers informed, but updates on day-of logistics (such as exact arrival time) typically come directly from the carrier or driver. That said, we did provide you with the carrier and driver contact information promptly when you reached out, and our team continued to assist you throughout.
As for the delivery delay due to a mechanical issue—we regret the inconvenience this caused. While we cannot prevent unforeseen equipment failures, we did relay updates as they became available and worked to minimize impact.
Finally, we want to emphasize that all carriers we assign are vetted, licensed, and insured, and we take our role as a broker seriously. While we don’t control every step of the transport itself, we do remain engaged throughout and aim to assist as much as possible.
We’re genuinely sorry that this experience didn’t reflect the standard we aim to uphold. If you’d like to discuss your concerns further, feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected].
Sincerely,
The Navi Auto Transport TeamReview fromKevin Z

1 starWhat a BS company. They quoted me $980 to transport a vehicle for my son from CT to Dallas, TX and I placed a deposit based on this price. They called me up this afternoon to tell me that 1) they found a driver 2) they can deliver it on the date range we need and 3) THEY NEED TO ADJUST THE COST FROM $980 TO $1,349 because that's what the driver wants. Classic case of bait and switch. What a BS company. Be careful if you ask for a quote or do business with them.Review frommike m

TERABEL..STAY A WAY...VERY DISAPOINTED....I received a shipping quote for $1,429 to ship a car. signed the contract and waiting for a transport date. A week later today I received a pickup and delivery date... BUT know the price is $1,750. i refused to pay that and when i said they had to honor my contract i was told no they don't and that if i didn't pay the extra $ there going to cancel my contract, i made the arrangements with a man named LEO. Can't get in touch with LEO and he won't return my calls. i called quite a few times. today i was told that there's no LEO there. i asked to speak to a manager and was told his name is JAMES and that he will call me back. 3 hours later NO JAMES...it's a happy experience buying a new antique car and this company is giving me aggravation and disappointment over something that should be an enjoyable experience. THEY don't CARE. THERE $ IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOU... STAY A WAY.. GO WITH SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT YOU. IT MIGHT COST A LITTLE MORE BUT ITS WORTH IT. IF YOU CAN'T TRUST THEM TO HONER YOUR SIGNED CONTRACT THEN YOU CAN'T TRUST THEM TO TAKE CARE OF YOUE VEHICLE. THERE TRUE COLORS CAME OUT AND MOST LIKLEY IT FOR THE BEST. HAPPY I FOUND OUT BEFORE THEY TRANSPORTED MY CAR. COULD ONLY AMAGINE HOW THEY WOULD BEHAVE IF I RECEIVED THE CAR DAMAGED OR MISSING KEYS OR ANYTHING. ONCE THEY RECEIVED YOUR $$$ YOUR ON YOUR OWN... STAY AWAY... STAY AWAY... I HOPE MY STORY WILL PROTECT OTHERS WHO ARE LOOKING TO TRANSPORT A VINTAGE AUTOMOBILE.Navi Transport Services LLC

We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.
The price adjustment you experienced was not due to any “bait and switch” tactic, but rather the nature of the vehicle you requested to ship—a 1928 Ford Model A pickup. This is a rare, vintage vehicle, and while we always aim to provide an accurate quote, it’s much more difficult to predict what carriers will require for specialty transports like this. These types of shipments often involve unique handling needs, limited trailer compatibility, and lower carrier availability, all of which impact final pricing.
It’s also important to note that the quote we provided was not a guaranteed price. As stated clearly on our website and throughout our communication, all quotes are based on current market trends and estimated carrier demand. As a broker—not a carrier—we work to secure the best possible rate, but ultimately the price depends on what qualified carriers are willing to accept at the time of booking.
We understand how this may be frustrating, especially when transporting a classic vehicle. We’re always transparent about how the process works and are available to explain pricing expectations before confirming any order.Review fromJohn T

Navi Transport is the worst companies I've ever worked with and this has been a terrible customer experience in shipping a vehicle.
They should be ashamed of their pricing, processes, and customer support.
Multiple issues related to the transport of my vehicle:
Bait and switch pricing tactics:
I was quoted $1,145 and was told by Navi that this price would not change. He assured me that it was a fixed price. Then all of the sudden the transport is scheduled and it's $1,849 because the " summer busy season has started" after only 2 weeks after the quote.
This is unethical, probably illegal and clearly bait and switch pricing.
Terrible Communication:
I was told I would have one to three days' notice before shipping the vehicle, yet it was called twice to say they would pick up within 24 hours. Once the pickup occurred I was told the delivery would be on May 26th it was finally delivered on May 28th after multiple broken promises and delays.
Constant Delays:
The driver first told me it was possible that he could deliver on Sunday evening, which turned into Monday morning, which turned into Monday night, which turned into Tuesday morning, which then turned into Tuesday. Then the driver stopped to pick up two other vehicles on the way after we were told it would be delivered Tuesday night. That turned into Wednesday morning. Vehicles finally delivered on Wednesday after countless broken promises and estimates.
Damaged Vehicle on Delivery:
When the vehicle was finally delivered there was damage to the gas cap cover. The driver tried to pass it off as "it fell off". I clearly have pictures from the pickup that show it intact. I had to get on support with the dispatcher to escalate.
This has been a terrible experience with Navi.
I'll never use either company again.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.
First, to clarify—our quotes are not guaranteed fixed prices, and we do not advertise them as such. This is clearly stated on our website and throughout our communications. The initial estimate of $1,145 was based on market conditions at the time of quoting. However, carrier pricing fluctuates daily, especially during seasonal surges like the summer, and final rates are ultimately set by the carrier who accepts the job. We always aim to stay within the quoted range, but when carrier availability tightens, pricing may shift. That is not a “bait and switch”—it’s a reflection of real-time market conditions, which are outside of our control.
In terms of communication, we provide estimated pickup and delivery windows based on the carrier’s projected route and schedule. While we do our best to give advance notice, delays can occur due to factors like traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or prior stops. When this happens, we update customers as soon as we’re informed of the change.
Regarding the damage to your vehicle, once we were notified, we immediately followed up via email with next-step recommendations for filing a damage claim through the carrier’s insurance. As a broker, we do not transport vehicles ourselves, but we are committed to supporting our customers through issues like this and ensuring they know how to proceed with a formal claim.
We regret that the experience didn’t go as smoothly as expected, but our team did work in good faith throughout the process. We’ll continue improving our systems and communications to minimize future frustrations.

Be aware of this company they give you a quote for transportation pick ups but what you don't realize is that it is an estimate which in turn makes prices subject to change. My quote was for 1,379 dollars and 150.00 deposit. I was told to pay the driver 1,379 per my quote and they said it would take about 3 days to find a driver, on the 7th day they called me and told me Hey! we found a driver but its going to be 1,600 dollars to deliver your car! I was so furious and they wouldn't do anything about it, so my advice is to ask every question and get in an email so you can protect your investment and money period.Navi Transport Services LLC

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few key details regarding your order.
We are a licensed broker, not a carrier, and while we are accurate with pricing over 95% of the time, there are rare instances where sudden shifts in market demand—such as fuel price spikes, seasonal surges, or limited carrier availability—can affect the cost of transport. That was the case here. The original price no longer aligned with what carriers were accepting for the route at the time, which is why an adjustment was required.
Importantly, you were never charged or obligated to proceed until you approved the new rate. You had every right to decline the updated offer, in which case we would have canceled the order and you would not have paid anything. Instead, you accepted the revised price and moved forward with the booking—indicating that you understood and agreed to what was explained.
At no point did we guarantee the original rate, and that was communicated transparently during the process.
As for the delay in finding a carrier, we quoted an average timeline, but real-world variables—such as specific route demand and carrier scheduling—can extend that timeframe. Once assigned, the transport was completed as agreed.
We’re always available to answer questions and provide clarity, and we remain committed to providing honest service with transparent communication.

You were only transparent about the stuff you listed above when i called in and was very upset about the price going up, when you give a quote its a set quote but if you call it an estimate then people know that can flucuate. Yes i did agree to the new price and driver because i had already been waiting 7 days for a driver to pick up my property at a car place that was holding it well beyond 3 days like i was told, so what choice did i have? It doesn't mean you are doing good business, you need to disclose all of what you said above during the intitial process and sale not after someone calls to follow up very upset.Review fromJewell F

Absolutely horrible communication!! I've been the one to have to reach out for updates. Been a stressful 2+ week process. Signed a $900 contract with them. They didn't bother listening to the pick up instructions. Just called me today and said they could pick my car up tomorrow and deliver it Thursday. Buttttt they said they would have to charge me $1400 instead of the $900 contract price. definitely do your homework with this company while deciding on a transporter. Really unimpressed with them. Decided to terminate my contract and search for another company.Navi Transport Services LLC

I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with delays and miscommunication during what should have been a smooth process.
Regarding the price change and pickup confusion — that absolutely should have been communicated clearly and much earlier. We take full responsibility for the breakdown in communication. We’re currently reviewing what went wrong in your case to ensure it doesn’t happen again with future customers.
While we respect your decision to move forward with another company, we’d still like the opportunity to make things right if you’re open to it. Either way, thank you again for your honest review — it helps us grow and improve.
