The transaction is done in installments of $289 for 5 months and 1 month at $189.00 for a total of what is supposed to be about $1800. I started paying in January, took a break then resumed in April and they are currently still going.

To date, I've paid $767.00 and they will continue to charge me until all the payments are done.
The business is supposed to provide consultation services on how to get better jobs and how to strategize.
My dispute is the difficulty I am having getting communication from them, completion of services like resume writing, linkedin profile creation, and cover letters. I ultimately had to get it done by myself. They’ve also completely neglected to make a scheduled meeting. Also, during one of the meetings, the coach told me explicitly that I would not be able to get a better job than the one I currently have, so I can’t justify paying for people who cannot help me with what their whole organization is supposed to be for.
I did ask to only stop payments, because it wasn’t a good fit and I wasn’t satisfied, but the owner said no. And when I thought about the service overall and I believe I should get my money back.

I added a few of the emails. I have to figure out how to retrieve the others.

I deleted many of the messages so I'm looking to see if I can retrieve more proof, if it is possoble to update these complaints, I'll come back and add more photos. I've attached what I could find. I appreciate your help.
