    We went into business with Aston Pools – Rehoboth location, which was the worst decision we’ve made. This review is to inform other customer’s looking for a reputable pool company to run, not walk, far from anything to do with Ashton Pools. There was so much that happened wrong that I’ve had to document them in bullets below to even try to come close to a full account of the insanity that was our lives for the last year +. From their poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and integrity – this company fell short at every turn. Our hopes is that someone reads this and learns from our horrible experience.
    When we first met with ****** and ***, the experience was great which we quickly learned that you get the dog and pony show so they can get you into a contract. Once a contract is signed, all of that goes away and you’re just another number to them. They treat you with disrespect and don’t care about their customers or ensuring that a proper job is done.
    1.Ashton Pools does not supply port-a-potty’s for their workers. We often saw workers going to the bathroom behind a tree in our backyard. We asked Ashton Pools to supply a port-a-potty so this behavior would stop and they would not supply one. We ended up having to pay for a port-a-potty to be delivered so Ashton Pools employees would stop using the bathroom in our yard.
    2.The pool was not built within the approved drawings. There was a communication gap between the workers and *********** This was never resolved and we were told we just have to deal with it.
    3.We special ordered a tropical glass aggregate. However, the night the night before they were to come and spray they said it would be almost $5,500 more for this color.
    This is such a small snippet of our overall experience but wanted to share a piece to safe someone from going into business with them and spending $300,000 + for a ********** experience.
