I legally purchased an extension for the All-in-One WP Migration plugin from the company ServMask, with a lifetime license and no usage limits. That was what they advertised. I bought it in good faith as a tool for my work as a developer.I have never resold the plugin or used it improperly I applied it exclusively to websites that I manage directly. However, Ive now been blocked from accessing my license, without prior notice or explanation, and theyve changed the conditions that were in place at the time of **************, their website no longer mentions a lifetime license. They have unilaterally changed what was originally offered, which I consider a case of misleading advertising and a serious breach of commercial commitment.?? Here is archived proof of the original offer and terms:?? ************************************************************************************************************* ?? ***************************************************************************************** ?? ******************************************************************************************* Im not asking for any favors just for the terms of the legal purchase to be honored.

Dear BBB and Mr. Garcia Guerrero,

We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation regarding Mr. Garcia Guerrero’s complaint.

Mr. Garcia purchased a legacy version of one of our plugin extensions under the terms available at the time. The license in question has been permanently revoked due to confirmed abuse, specifically the plugin being used on a very large number of websites across unrelated businesses and domains, far exceeding what would be considered own websites. This violates the original terms and conditions, which clearly stated:

“Use on any number of websites that you own.”

We maintain automated systems that detect excessive use patterns and flag them for review. After a thorough internal investigation, it was determined that the license had been shared, distributed, or used in a way that broke the original agreement. The revocation was not arbitrary, and we have provided prior explanations to the customer through support channels.

    Key Points:
    1. The original offer never permitted usage across client, customer, or third-party websites unless explicitly authorized under an enterprise agreement.
    2. The terms and conditions at the time of purchase (referenced by the complainant himself) already included ownership-based limitations.
    3. No changes were applied retroactively — rather, we enforced the original agreement due to license abuse.
    4. We do not offer monetary compensation for revoked licenses under any circumstances, and certainly not in the amount claimed ($5,000), which is vastly disproportionate to the $99 original purchase.

    Our Position:
We stand behind the right of all customers to receive fair and lawful use of their purchased products. At the same time, we must protect our intellectual property from misuse. The license was revoked in accordance with the original agreement and following multiple detections of excessive, unauthorized use.

    Resolution:
We respectfully reject the demand for monetary compensation. However, should Mr. Garcia Guerrero wish to continue using our software in compliance with commercial use cases (such as managing client websites), we invite him to consider our Enterprise license program designed for agencies and developers with such needs.

We hope this explanation resolves the matter.
