      I have contacted this company several times by email and they have been unresponsive regarding not crediting me for deals clearly completed in December 2022. Their chat is never live and I need assistance regarding their non-response to issues regarding my account.

      They sent me free rebate offers on Instagram for homish spice kit, micheles granola and super coffee asking me to buy the items for a full refund and to text the receipt and the refund would be sent in 24-48 hours. I purchased the items and texted the receipt and was then sent a message saying that the offers are not valid and are not accepting receipts. These were scam offers and this business has a reputation for putting up fake rebate offers on Instagram to get people to buy products.

      I have completed two offers and not received refunds to my Venmo. Receipts have been approved and payments have been said to been sent to PayPal which is not possible my PayPal is locked and not able to receive funds. I requested Venmo as my preferred method for rebates. I have requested support several days in a row and have not received assistance. False advertisement.

      This company has been completely unresolved by phone, text, email, and the form on their site. After submitting my receipts as advertised by their company, they randomly marked one of my receipts as fraud and have not answered nor have provided a refund for the numerous brands that I have purchased. They have not provided any terms relating to fraud and have not provided any further information, they just completely stopped replying and are not honoring the items that I subscribed to and submitted valid receipts for per their terms.
