    Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication from this office. I was a new patient here and prior to making my appointment, I called the office to verify that they were in-network with my insurance and I was informed by the office staff that my insurance was accepted and I could schedule my appointment. After having my appointment, I received an alarming bill from the office totaling a few hundred dollars and I called to get more details but was not given a clear response as to why there was a bill other than a copay. The only feedback I received was that the bill was for an x-ray that was performed during my visit. To confirm, I called my insurance company and the insurance rep informed me that the dental office was out of practice by performing this x-ray without calling the insurance company to verify that the x-ray would be covered first. This is supposed to be routine for doctors office to do and this office did not do so. In addition, the insurance rep let me know that the dental office wasn't in-network! Although, the staff member at the dental office ensured me that I was when I scheduled the initial appointment.

    I wrote a letter to the doctor and office staff regarding this issue weeks ago and have not received a response or acknowledgement. Once I paid the bill they completely went ghost and I guess decided that they no longer needed to provide customer service since they were paid. The only reason I paid the bill was because I did not want any outstanding debt and the office was literally hounding me through every mode of communication to pay.

    Highly disappointed with the service I received to say the least.
