    Oct11-2024 had bridge one rotten tooth inside of it hanging by a tread in my mouth . Dr *** charged Cigna for extraction of 3 teeth. My BCBS was out of network so I was told pay $564.00 before being seen by Dr. ***. They told me that I would get a refund once insurance filed. BCBS has called an called them , they lied saying BCBS hadn't filed my claim. THIS went on an on with Dental House since Nov of last year. Then they through in another lie saying they've sent me a check twice. Then just last week GIRL at front desk tells me checks go out Friday an I say to her " I should my refund check by next Fri." Name ***** said yes. That was March20th. No check yet. ***** the girl in claims said that she'd get with Dr *** an work something out. She lied as usual. Most times I'd have BCBS call an I would stay on the line. They can give you the info that I just gave. These are the most habitual lies that I've ever dealt with. I imagine paying for that VERY EXPENSIVE office has someone in a bind. I just want my refund an will never go back to them AGAIN!!!!

    I have attach ed PDF of my full complaint. In short, I was not refunded my money and harassed by Dr. *** ******** of Dental House in Middletown, DE.

    As always with BBB complaints its a patient making outrageous accusations so no surprise here. 

     

    Ms. **** signed our office financial policy which clearly explains our 48 hour cancellation policy and the charge associated with it. I am sorry she has an issue with our office policies maybe our office is not suited for her

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered.I did not cancel my appointment therefore the cancellation policy doesn’t not apply. I was assured I would receive a refund twice and was told no because the doctor changed his mind after I expressed my experience.
