    I will never do business with this merchant again. My daughter was undecided on dress color, so we ordered two dresses. I emailed advising I would like to return one of the dresses. They responded and provided a link for the return. I attempted to process the return and the provided link did not work. I emailed again and was told now the return can’t be handled because it exceeded the ten day window for returns.
    I am disgusted that I used this website. I tried to be a good mother by allowing my daughter to have dress options. And now I am stuck with a dress and promgirl.com could care less.
    I will be sure to continue spreading the word about this unpleasant shopping experience.

    We ordered a dress from PromGirl and the following was our experience. The Dre’s was a “final sale,” which I understand means no return but you will see that there were major problems. While the dress is beautiful, the sizing chart provided is wrong. We measured and purchased using the sizing chart listed with the dress. The bust measurement was 32 inches. When the dress came, it didn't fit. On further inspection we realized that it measured at 26 inches, a full 6 inches difference. When I reached out to the company, I was told that since it was a final sale, there was nothing that could be done. I asked again for a reconsideration and was told, "You must consider your body type and the style of the dress; the size chart is merely a guide to assist you in selecting the size that is best for you." I am beyond disappointed in the customer service we have received and will not be buying from PromGirl again, For anyone planning to buy a dress here, I wouldn't count on the size chart that is "dress specific." The fact that I sent pictures, emailed, and called and still have no resolution is beyond disappointing. I have also tried to leave reviews on the website and they continue to be taken down.
