    I recently had the pleasure of working with AGM General Contractor Inc., and I must say that my experience exceeded expectations. From the very beginning, the team was attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive to my needs. They made the entire process seamless and stress-free, addressing all my questions promptly and professionally.

    The quality of service provided was exceptional, and I truly felt valued as a customer. It’s rare to encounter a company that not only delivers on its promises but goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.

    I would highly recommend AGM to anyone looking for residential repair services. They have earned my trust and business, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

    I don't really like to write negative reviews, and I tend to try to give people the benefit of the doubt. AGM was selected by my home warranty company to handle a claim - as in, I had no initial contact. The first service appointment was scheduled - none of the promised updates prior to appointment were completed. The technician never showed. I called multiple times over 4 days and could not get anyone. Ultimately, the warranty company was able to reach them at the 11th hour, per se, and a new appointment was scheduled. This person actually showed up (a plus), diagnosed the problem (a plus), and was ready to order parts. And that was a month ago. Multiple calls go nowhere, the warranty company cannot reach them, and the voicemail words have changed as well. I have no idea if this company even actually exists, or if it is in any way legitimate. My advice - just stay away.
