    I do not accept that answer from the business. There was no extra damage, there was poor craftsmanship upon the business and its employees. They rushed to do a project that was prolonged for an extensive amount of time due to no control of b&d employees work ethics.  The only damage was from  them not sealing the sink and the ceiling which created cracks and gaps. I was threatened also by the company that if I did not pay them $600 that they would put  a lien on my home. The $600 was the additional portion I had to pay because he did not include the price for the drop down ceiling that was supposed to be demolished in accordance to the contract. All said, my bathroom was never fully finished as I described in my initial writing. As of yesterday, and finally after more than two months of being ghosted, Jary came out and sealed my sink, and walls to fix the problems for poor craftsmanship. I told bethel to send me the final invoice so I can be done with this headache, but does not ultimately fix the correct all the headache I had to endure dealing with this contractor.

     es which I replaced out of pocket. They did not pain a window, which I painted. They did not install bathroom toilet and towel hangers which I installed. They also left demo stuff laying in my backyard for a week and half and was only removed after me having to ask more than 5 times. As of today there are cracks in my ceiling above the shower that was installed. I text ****** multiple times and was put in contact with one of his employees who scheduled to fix the issue on the weekend. The employee did not show up not one but 4 times after trying to get the issue resolved. On 27 March 25, ****** ensured that he himself would come out and fix the issue. As of today 14 April I still have cracks in my ceiling and the bathroom issues were never resolved.

    First of all we understand how difficult it is when it come to Finace situation,I my self this ****** help this  customer to have his first finance from our lender, and he promised to pay us if any extra damages came while working on project, and of of course staffs find multiples extra damage, and was brought to his attention, and promise to pay us after we completed that extra damage areas, which was all done completely. Since then, holding on our balance started give us so many excuses, telling us busy staffs should not comes he find some little details that he will take care of it, which I already having the feelings,he don’t wanted to pay us, calling him few weeks later again no response until when I told him if we didn’t get pay, I will put a lien on his property , and he started responding back to us.our staff Jarry call him again let him know we wanted to take care this little detail you talking about so the company will get pay. So call jarry again on 04/15/2025 he will be available next weak, which’s we are hoping for,I will attach photos below,is just saw after all the hard work good contractors are doing still some peoples wanted to take advantage,but I just believe God is always faithful to those who faithful to him Amen

    Been in Business for 10yr Never Comes across a customer like this, everything was explained to customer that your home structure commonly related to foundation damage,was uneven,so bathroom work will not 100% has is expected, and due to the age  to his home as well, Project accepted through the finances company that i used for my customers,while work was going on we keep  started finding more issues that was not related to the contract,and informing customer about any issues we comes across, due to Thrust i have for him keep fixing any extra work we finds as he promised to pay after project completed. Extra work invoice total was for $1,550. And refuse not to pay,and started bring up issues about the project and taking photo of trash while guys are working on site,which started giving me red flags.And I told him  before that his not going to get be %100 percent of the project,because uneven wall,floor,Ceiling.As job completed all trash was taking out,and yard was cleaned.And keep going back and front with him for balance payment that bring up all this complaint,and end up for me to told  him i will put a lien on his home,which i never did is just for our company to get pay,and ever order issues details he asked i make sure staffs get it done.And we end up give him a Discount as well of $1,600,00  and ask him to pay $600.00 all because we have tire of waiting,as we have other good Customers to help,in business you will face this types of challenges,but i believe with faith you will overcome.All i can says we try our best to help him and job completed.
