  I was in the need to send my truck from Austin Tx. to Louisiana.
  So i get in touch with shiply, receiving a bunch of quotes so choose what i found confortabke to me.
  Shiply asked me for deposit around 161 dolars.
  Part of its policy consist in get in touch with carrier . NO pay money till work is done.
  But that carrier didn't respected that deal , asked me for pay service before even pick up my truck. Was around 800 dollars i said but i paid a deposit to shiply for 161 dolars. He answeref That is not my company. i sent to him an screenshot with his quote trough shiply page.
  I filled up a complaint to shiply Answer was that is not our problem you made a deal whit the carrier. I answered yes is that part of your policy and. i picked up that carrier in your page.
  So i want me deposit back.
  After that they sent me a mail saying that carrier was fired or so another one. will be ready for transport my truck.
  I said i don't trust anymore give my money back
  So now shiply is mad because my negative feed back.
  And calling me "FUCKING ASSHOLE"
  is that answer correct for a good company?

  Shiply provided many competitive quotes, so it was quick and easy to select the carrier that I wanted to use.
  
  Talking to the carrier that I selected was difficult because the carrier’s name on the platform was different than the actual company name, and they also subcontracted through a third company, so it was very confusing keeping that straight. I probably made 6 phone calls a day for 3 days just to coordinate between the driver and the dispatcher. Timing was also confusing and it ended up being delivered a day late. Overall it was cheap enough that I can’t complain too much, but it was not a straightforward or seamless experience.

  Shiply provided competing bids and then connected me with an independent transport driver.
  I've never used this service before and after a little confusion at first, all went well and as advertised. Item was a full size pickup truck, loaded, transported and delivered quickly and at reasonable cost. Excellent service, timely and courteous throughout the entire process.

  This service quickly and easily hooked us up with an excellent shipper. The item, an antique desk, was picked and delivered exactly as promised and fantastically wrapped and padded. I doubt I would have found such a good deal without the easy to use Shiply site
