    My review for Shiply as a company would be 5 stars. It's a great service.

    I would give 3 stars to the guy who actually did the delivery for me. His price was much lower than the other quotes, and his reviews were good, so I chose him. Ultimately, the piece I shipped did get to its destination in good condition, so I'm happy about that. However, it arrived almost a week later than we'd requested. It wasn't really imperative that it arrive by a certain date, so it wasn't that big a deal, but communication was terrible, the driver was very unresponsive.
