    This is the parent company to "Grounded Footwear", an online business that took my order and payment but did not ship the product.

    The order was for mens size 12 "Limitless" shoes. A shipping notice was sent indicating a UPS label had been created. Now, more than a week later, the package still has not been picked up by UPS as verified by tracking number.

    I paid $9.99 for expedited shipping, and should have received within 3-5 business days.

    "Customer Success" personnel have lied repeatedly, robotically insisting the order was shipped with no evidence.

    After opening a case with PayPal days later, I received a shipping notice from "Grounded Footwear" originating from CHINA! Obviously the seller did not make the original shipment, and had to ship from overseas. So much for expedited shipping, and telling the truth.
