  My experience mirrors exactly that of Thomas C (by the way thank you for posting your review). My 90 days were up the end of Dec 2022 at which time I knew that they were not going to be able to deliver so I respectfully asked to exercise the money-back guarantee. Bruwer asked me to give them 3 more months promising that they would change the setters for better results (I have no clue who my setters are AND did not receive the "weekly" progress reports as promised in our agreement. 11 months later, still NO viable leads. I've been asking for them to respect our contract for the last 8 months but Bruwer keeps either ignoring and stalling time or responding with completely ridiculous solutions, ie. asking me to pay months in order to get results or letting the setters use my login and reach out to prospects as ME. That was NOT what I signed up for nor would I trust them to use my own name after the unprofessionalism I have experienced so far. And plus, why would I start paying for something that gave me zero results from the beginning?? They haven't even settled the first contractual agreement. I now know they never intend to refund me back $2500 because no legitimate & ethical company would ever risk losing their reputation (like MP has done) for such a small amount, however, I want to make sure no one else gets taken. I really wanted to believe that a business would at least uphold their contractual agreement but they sadly haven't, which gives other online marketing professionals a really bad name :-(.   My Client Services Agreement with Millionaire Performance (MP) LLC (Delaware) began on January 9, 2023. The Deliverables included coaching and consulting around business growth, lead generation, building sales systems, sales training, sales team building and sales recruitment during the duration of the contract, access to their training, onboarding call, daily support calls, support with messaging scripts, and the use of their Appointment Setters, who were to follow guidance from MP. My Guarantee (paragraph 8) stated: The Company offers a 2X (TWO TIMES) Return On Investment Guarantee within 180 days from the Effective Date. When the Client does not make TWO TIMES his/her Agreed Upon Fee, as stipulated in Section 4 of the Agreement, in sales after the period of 180 days, a refund of the Agreed Upon Fee will be made. The refund is to be paid to the Client by the Company within 30 days after the completion of the 180-day period. The refund is only valid if the Client fulfills all requirements as stipulated in Section 2 of this agreement and makes full payment of the Agreed Upon Fee to the Company. I paid the agreed upon fee of $3000 within 60 days as stipulated in my contract. (60 days) After more than two months and ZERO appointments that met the criteria we determined during my onboarding call, MP assigned me a second Appointment Setter. (90 days) Research uncovered several hidden complaints about MP, but they were buried under a different corporate name. For a short time, there was a compelling complaint on YouTube, but that vanished within one week. (120 days) Another 60 days with a 2nd setter, I still had ZERO appointments that met our criteria. In mid-May, MP offered to assign me a third setter. At that point, I could not continue for another 60 days so that I could legitimately file a formal complaint. I needed to cut my losses at that point, but I hope this Review is helpful to others. Buyer Beware!
