    I found Affordable Stucco on DE BBB and couldn't have been happier with the results. Chris Dickson was easy to communicate and work with. He and his team were able to complete the work in a timely manner; I was very pleased with the results. The new stucco is beautiful. I would highly recommend this company.

    I just recently used Affordable Stucco Services to repair and redo the exterior Stucco/EIFS of my home. Working with Chris was great! From start to finish, he was always communicative and great at handing issues that would come up. He was very professional and always left the daily worksite clean. His team did a great job!     We had an issue with water coming in around a few of our windows and creating some damage behind the stucco front of our house. We had heard so many horror stories from homeowners with stucco on their house, and we were very concerned as to what we were walking into. Chris and team immediately made us feel comfortable with their knowledge, experience, and confidence, and did a fantastic job at diagnosing the problem and fixing the issue (thankfully it was limited to a small area). We also decided to replace all of the windows and door on the front of our house and have the entire front re-painted. Chris was fantastic to work with, very detailed and did a great job explaining the entire process. The entire team was very professional, and the work they did was outstanding, all the way down to the finishing touches like window flashing, decretive trim, and the paintwork. We are extremely happy with the finished product, the entire front of our house got a "facelift", and we are confident that we won't have any future water issues thanks to the exceptional quality of the work that was done by the entire Affordable Stucco Services team. I would recommend this company to anyone as their knowledge, experience, quality of work, and dedication to customer service is exceptional! Thank you Chris and team for a job very well done!

    Our thirty year old stucco clad home was found to have damage as a direct result of the original faulty application of the stucco siding.

    We conducted a comprehensive search for a contractor well experienced with stucco remediation. One contractor was repeatedly highly recommended by a multitude of sources & emerged as our choice. We selected Chris Dickson & Affordable Stucco Services of Delaware. Chris thoroughly assessed our situation & we determined our "best outcome" solution was to remove the entire stucco siding, make necessary repairs & reside the house. After much consideration of alternate siding choices, we opted for Hardie plank siding as well as replacing all windows as best serving our long term needs.

    Affordable Stucco Services undertook the project obtaining all required permits & related approvals. Work was completed on budget as estimated & under the projected timeline. Chris kept us regularly updated throughout the process providing details on damages found & progress on repairs made. The job site was well maintained & "cleaned" daily as well as not intruding on or inconveniencing neighbors. The work crew was professional, courteous & totally responsive to us throughout the project.

    We wholeheartedly recommend Affordable Stucco Services of Delaware & have advised Chris Dickson that we are available as a reference & happy to share additional comments or photos of the work in progress & completion as may be requested.
