      I would like to launch a formal complaint against ******** ****** in the middletown location. I came into spray tan tonight and arrived by 6:45 and was turned away. She told me that’s the policy and I said yes, but I’m here on time. I showed her my Apple Watch it’s 6:45. She told me that people were in both spray tan rooms and that I couldn’t tan. I pushed back on that and she finally offered me to tan 5 min in a regular bed! I explained to her I didn’t want to damage my skin nor did I have a package for normal beds. She refused. She told mr she has 2 jobs and she was tired and I told her how many jobs she has is not my issue as a customer. I told her I bought a 1 year package, arrived on time and she needed to call a manager. She refused. She told me one was on vacation and another in training. She was rude and disrespectful and at one point told me if I continued to stand there she would call the cops!!!!! I have never experienced such a rude person in all my life or been threatened. She then vacated the area and went in the back until after I left and locked the door at 6:59. I have video footage that shows that the spray tan room was vacant when I arrived and I arrived on time. I am happy to provide this but you can also check your own video footage to prove this. The fact that she refused service because she wanted to leave early and/or didn’t want to clean the room after is unacceptable. Immediate action should be taken against this worker for not following policy and being disrespectful to a paying customer. I want a formal apology and I’d also like my account credited for my package price I paid for her refusing service!
      The CFO was provided this information and didn’t even apologize. He just refunded my money and took no accountability! Horrible experience!
