    I like how user-friendly Ultahost's control interface is. It contains all the features I need to effectively manage my domains and websites, and it's simple to use. Everything is simple, from installing SSL certificates to configuring email accounts.

    Ultahost has been instrumental in the success of my e-commerce business. As someone with limited technical expertise, I was initially hesitant about managing my own website. However, Ultahost’s intuitive control panel and helpful tutorials made the process surprisingly simple. Their hosting plans are affordably priced, yet they don’t compromise on performance or reliability.

    They don't honour their 30-day Guarantee, instead, they put multiple disclaimers throughout their policy which is hidden. Their tech killed my VPS and rendered it unusable, they use threats and intimidation that making a claim will be lost, here below is their boasting threat on LinkedIn.27th

    I purchased a VPS server 24 hours ago. They guarantee you'll have your VPS within half an hour. Eight hours later mine was not available. I complained. Finally, they got it going, around midnight. I worked on configuring the server for an hour, and then it crashed. I filed a support ticket and got back to work first thing in the AM. Then the File Manager - the most important aspect of any server control panel - would not function. I submitted a support ticket. They recommended I change out the server. Tech support didn't even try to address the issue. I later submitted a support ticket with tech support at the CyberPanel, the control panel manufacturer. I tried to register my VPS server in the CyberPanel website so they could get into the server to investigate. Their system could not get in. UltaHost had them blocked out, and UltraHost tech support would not investigate. I contacted sales and asked for a refund on my hosting package. They said I could not get a refund because I had a multiple server account. I had no such thing, and I told them. Then they said they do not refund services paid with cryptocurrency. I paid with a credit card. Finally, they said no refunds were due on a service paid with a promotion (that saved me all of $0.50). So I end up paying full price for a product that never worked. Moreover, as a licensed Professional Engineer who has been building websites for 30 years; they refused me the chance to work with CyberPanel to get my server running. In other words, I not only never had a working product (their service guarantees hosting and a server, CyberPanel by name), but their setup made it so that it was impossible that I could ever even have had a working server. Otherwise, their tech support was 8 hours responding to my order; and all they ever did was recommend I install a different server, even though my contract was for a CyberPanel. Their sales repeatedly badgered me with excuses not to give a refund and were rude and malicious.
