    This very expensive yet very nice place has cared for my dog several times over the past 15 months. During at least 2 different stays, they somehow managed to lose portions of our Farmer’s Dog dog food. Back in March of this year, along with losing dog food, they also failed to give my dog her daily calming tablets. These errors were confirmed by the facility.
    In response, their Director graciously offered to oversee the care of my dog during her next stay there in May. He really helped ensure that my dog was getting proper care each day.
    THEN I tried to make another overnight boarding reservation - only to learn that the owner of this place has decided that “will not be able to continue services” to us.
    Apparently expecting this place to properly follow pet-care instructions is more than they’re willing to agree to?
    If you’re thinking of boarding your pet here, BEWARE - as this could happen to you too.
