    I signed a contract for instalment on 4/20/2023. The granite counters w/ sink was installed shortly there after. At that time, the day before instillation I was asked to move up my install date a day due to the installer getting a dental appointment that was difficult for him to get. I was told I would be added to the schedule for the previous to the on I orginally wanted. I agreed. When the installer and his helper arrived at my home, it was well after 7pm. They were in my home until 11pm. Fast forward to present issue. I came home from work on 9/27/2024 at approximately 8pm to find my kitchen sink had separated from the counter and was sitting in my cabinet. It had been an under mount sink. I called Ancient Art Stone on 9/28. Was told that the person to get this information doesn't work weekend to send picture via email to Sarah Travers. Someone was to get back with me. By 3p on Mon, 9/30 no one called me. So I called again. Spoke to some one different they said someone should call me the next day. By 3:30ish no call. So I called. I had to call again on 10/1. I email another set of pictures by request to **** @ancientart stone.net. I was told someone would reachout the next day to set up a day and time to resolve my issue. On 10/2, no call came. I call a 4th time and spoke to a 4th different person that set up an appointment for "his guys" to come to my home on Monday, Oct. 7th at 4p. NO ONE CAME OR CALLED!!!! I am ver disppointed with this company. After spending almost $6300 for granite counter and sink install only 16 months ago. Then have the sink dislodge from the counter. Now I feel like there is not concern of urgency to solve my problem. This nightmare is going on ten days. I feel Ancient Art Stone is demonstrating very poor customer service
