      This clinic is holding my husband's scans hostage! They won't put in a portal or send to the clinic that ordered the study.

      Next step is to call the insurance commissioner! They claim HIPPA but who are they protecting my results from?

      I have never been treated so rudely in any office. The huge CNMRI sign is on a neighboring building. When I went into that building, I stood in line to speak to the receptionist. She looked up my name telling me I was early. 12:55 PM when my appointment was 1:00 PM. Soon after that computer lookup she told me I was in the wrong building. Pointing to the right she told me to drive out of this parking lot and go to the Gray building. I then drove down the street and checked out the building, door locked, my son spoke to a delivery truck driver and he told me to check the other building another grayish building. My son went into the building and was told to drive back to the first building and ask more clear directions. Upon driving back into that parking lot I drive up to a matching brick building that had the CNMRI sign. When I drove to the door I could see a sign about 18" X 24" with the CNMRI and DO Peter's name.
      I entered the building and walked, with my two canes, to the receptionist and told her my name and was told I had to reschedule my appointment., Now time was 1"09 PM. I explained that I drove one hour to see the Doctor and was next door where the huge Letter sign was. Also explained how I drove to the other buildings, Now.
      I was told I could not see the Doctor because I was late again. Of course her voice was more than irritated with me. I also did raise my voice , but did not scream or swear, at her. another lady from the back came out and told me to leave... Then came out at 1:15 PM and told me they would see me. I was asked by the mean, rough and many other words receptions' I could write more specific of her rude personality, but I will not. I asked to whom I should write the check and told her I would pay when I came out to speed my going to meet the doctor, ( thinking to myself that would be a good idea } With that she said I must pay her now rudely. I then asked again to whom should I write my check. Upon that I was told to leave! Amazi
