The most unprofessional organization I’ve ever dealt with in my life. salesman have very little drive or experience on what they’re selling, Service department is equally unprofessional. In addition, not one single person can talk on the phone without being on speaker, including the receptionist that answers the phone. Speakerphone is a demonstration of laziness. I gave them $1000 deposit and they are refusing to return it after I went somewhere else to purchase a trailer.

Hi Mr. ****. Please tell the whole story. You ordered not one, but two different travel trailers from us. This sounds like a pretty strong desire to sell you a trailer and a competent enough sales staff! In regard to your deposit, you were told that it will be refunded to you once the trailers you had us specifically order for you were sold. This is only fair since there are now two travel trailers in our inventory that were specifically ordered just for you.
As for the other comments made in your review, those are all assumptions you have made on your own. If there is anything else you would like to discuss, please feel free to reach out to me. You have both my email as well as my personal cell phone number. Thank you - Cross

My wife and purchase our trailer expecting good service and heard nothing but good things while signing our paperwork. WRONG!!!!! We get the trailer wintertime service done each year through the dealership. We had two problems with the trailer and made an appointment in November 2023 at the time they could not fix the problem until 6 March 2024. I brought the trailer to them on this date and it took them to 10 June yes I said 10 June to get to back. We lost two camping trips during this time. When the trailer was ready they also told me there was water damage it will cost me another $3500.00 for this repair now it’s 27 June and still no trailer. If they would have done the repairs back in March the water damage my not been as bad. So my advice to all my military family and friends I DO NOT EVER buy anything from them. The couple who are fixing the water damage are Great people. One more thing if you do buy something expect not to ever talk to someone there phone communication is very poor. No one knows what’s under warranty and what is not. We bought the extended warranty and that was a waste of money. So if just one customer reads this and doesn’t buy a trailer I have completed my mission.

Thank you, Leonard, for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience with our Service Department has fallen short of your expectations.
In reviewing your service folder, it appears you have had several conversations with our Operations Manager. In addition, a member of our ownership team has also reached out to you to better understand your position.
When it comes to RVs, nothing moves fast, including RV service. Servicing can take longer when you need work covered by a warranty claim. It’s important to note that the approval process, shortages in staffing, increased business, and shortages of parts can all cause delays. Although we do our best to schedule and estimate the shop / technician hours necessary for each job, many installations of parts as well as diagnosis appointments do not always fit within the estimate. We both gain and lose shop hours throughout the weeks scheduled work. There is really no way to give you an exact date, but we do our best to provide diagnosis, complete repairs and address customer concerns as timely as we can.

Please feel free to contact North Star regarding the extended service contract you purchased. Their customer service department will be able to answer your questions about your coverage. They can be reached at 1 (800) 942-0400. They can also provide you with a referral to another service center who may be able to accommodate your requests, and better meet your expectations.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I have parts that were paid for a year ago and have not received. Many emails have been sent to the operations manager and messages left with no response.

I purchased a Brand New 2022 Model in August of 2023. The sales staff and prep staff were great. We were told that any warranty issues we found would be fixed. We took our camper camping several times in September and October. In November I contacted the service department to schedule warranty work and told them they could have the camper anytime they wanted it and I did not need it back until the end of March 2024. After several emails back and forth, I was advised that my warranty issues would be fixed in the beginning of January. Here it is mid March and nothing has been fixed. I got a call last week advising there floor guy would be in next week and to drop off the camper, but the they still did not know when the rest of my warranty work would be fixed. We are now coming up the 2024 camping season and I have no idea of when everything will be fixed. I have no complaints with the personality of the people in the service department, but maybe if they don't have the personnel to do the work they should not sell you the camper or tell you up front that the it may take 8 to 12 months to get warranty work done before you pay them $37,000 for a camper!

At this time, we have been waiting several weeks to have work done on our Destination Trailer purchased from Delmarva RV Center, Milton, DE. The purchase went smoothly, and the trailer was delivered when expected, but only knew that because I called to see if it was in. Upon setup on our site, we determined our oven would not light. When the walkthrough was done, the employee showed us he lit it by putting his hand in the over with a lighter. It would not start with the knob. He could not fully light it because of the plastic constraints used for moving the RV. We tried to light it according to the manual, it will not light. In addition, the main door would not close from the inside. Had to go outside to shut it. Sorry, who checks this when they do a walkthrough. We put up the bathroom vent. It also stayed open.
Delmarva sent a repair representative, Mike, to review these items, from which, a door was ordered, we were told the vent would be repaired as it has a bad switch, and that he did not have the item needed to replace my stove top once it was removed to check the oven setup - I was also cooking dinner at the time. We received confirmation that our door would be replaced, and the other two items would be fixed (Oven & Vent). We received confirmation that the new door was in, via email, and that they do not do service (Charlie).
In the past few weeks we have played phone tag with Delmarva. We have spoken to Lisa, and Dawn. Each one says to speak to the other. In the meantime, we have a partially lockable main door on our trailer, and no use of the oven or the bathroom vent.
Trailer was delivered 3/31/2023. It is now 7/7 and this is not fixed. Their solution is for us to deliver to them. They sent Mike the first time - why not to fix it right! It will cost us the use of our trailer plus hundreds to thousands of dollars to transport which is not acceptable. Appreciate anything you can do to help us! We wish we did not have to post this!

I want to express my deep appreciation to the Service Department and Manager "Lisa" for yesterday's great work. On May 13, 2023, I was preparing to go on my first RV trip for the year.
However, I discovered that my RV slide-outs did not work. I called Delmarva RV Center Inc. for help and was told I could bring it in the same day. The service department fits my issues and the technician "Michael" was great! Thank you, for saving my camping trip.

In August 2022 I purchased a camper from this establishment in cash without any financing. At that time they indicated that they owed me rubber slide pieces which after multiple attempts to receive them both by phone and in person still no slide seals. The bigger issue is that it’s now February 2023 and they still have not produced my title to confirm ownership nor did they extend the temporary tag on the camper. No one has even reached out to me to explain why the title was delayed. Finally I had to do what I did not want to do and leave a bad review and surprise got a call the same day from Lisa. She gave me a story that they could not or had trouble receiving the title from the lien holder of the camper which delayed the title from being processed which I am trying to trust is true. Then Cross called and he did not give me the same story but then went on to basically threaten me about me being cautious and confirming a 26000 funds transfer to their account for which they provided the account number for. I did the transfer to save me fees on the transfer since a check would have cost me money. They had the funds in their account before I even signed for the camper. But still I have no way to prove ownership and now I’m being told it only went to dmv January 5 2023 all the way from August 2022. My insurance agent told me that I could have problems should I have to submit for damage or loss of the trailer for absence of the title. Not a happy camper.

As discussed, several times prior to your posting to the BBB, due to an unforeseen delay in receiving associated paperwork, there was a delay in submitting your paperwork to DMV. There are many ways title application processing can be delayed. Although rare, delays of weeks, and sometimes even months do occur. Our apologies if you feel this was not properly communicated to you. Fortunately, our title clerk has been doing this work for more than 20 years, a seasoned professional, who knows the best way to resolve issues. We spoke prior to your BBB post; you we advised a replacement temporary tag and temporary registration for your camper would be provided. We considered this resolved pending receipt of your title.
At the time of purchase, you were provided with a signed buyers agreement. A buyer’s agreement is a document that’s like a bill of sale. It is a legally binding document to agree to purchase the camper once signed by the buyer and dealership. On this document, you’ll find the selling price, all fees, rebates, and any down payment made. This document confirms ownership of your unit.
At Delmarva RV Center we value the relationships established with our customers. Your negative google review, as any other negative comments or remarks on social media related to our business, will get your name and number brought to the attention of the Management Team as we are always open to discuss anything that comes up for our customers.
After speaking with you several times it is our understanding you had reached out and spoken only with our title clerk. Based on our experience when customers are not “happy campers” or displeased with the information received from a staff member they usually ask to speak with a member of management. Unfortunately, the management team did not have the opportunity to assist with resolving your issue prior to going to social media. Even after speaking with several members of management and being provided with an explanation, confirming you understood the delay you still chose to post an additional negative comment. Please understand posting a negative google review, other social media post or submitting to the BBB will not expedite the processing of your Delaware Motor vehicle title application by the Division of Motor Vehicles.
I apologize if you misunderstood the purpose of the call with our management team. Our Executive Management team wanted to better understand your previous statements. You stated you processed a wire transfer from your personal account to the business account of Delmarva RV Center Inc., you work at the bank where the transfer from your account took place, and the Delmarva RV Center Inc business account you were transferring to is also at the same bank, you personally verified the funds transfer to the Delmarva RV Center Inc business account. You later added you asked a teller, a co-worker to confirm the transaction, verifying the funds were deposited into the Delmarva RV Center business account for you. I am sure you understand our concern, that anyone would or could obtain access to our business account for a personal related transaction.
Any reasonable business owner should have serious concerns about a financial institution they have accounts with if they are advised a representative of the bank has accessed their business account for “personal” business reasons. For us, this brings up the question “Was there a violation of ethic in banking?”
You were then advised, based on your statements, Delmarva RV Center Inc would contact the bank and request an audit of our account. This is in no way intended as a threat. This is a precautionary measure to ensure our account has not been accessed without proper justification and cause. I am sure, working in the banking industry you understand.

0 stars, I have been actively living in a camper I bought used from them for 3 weeks. My husband noticed he could not flush the toilet one day. Come to find out they sold me a camper with bad tanks and now the whole underbelly of my camper is full of feces. The manager acted as if he couldnt careless and his recommendations cost us even more money. We have only been living in it for 3 weeks!!! I would NEVER RECCOMEND anyone to deal with this place. I was even willing to trade the damaged one in for exchange on another used one but was told they would not give me what I JUST spent. How are these people still in business!

First and foremost, campers are not intended to be lived in full time. The tanks and plumbing systems were fully intact and operational when the coach was delivered. Our understanding is the coach is not hooked to sewer, and the client had contracted an entity to empty the tanks biweekly. This may not be sufficient and can cause the tanks to overflow, and/or fill the tanks and stress the mounts. Thus causing the tanks to fail. The client was thoroughly explained the scope of the warranty for any used coach, in addition had declined to opt for any extended coverages to address this type of failure. This is an egregious mischaracterization, purposefully so to sensationalize the issue as the client had threatened to do in a preceding phone conversation if their demands were not met.

As we are new to campers we went to your facility for help we even explained what we were trying to do. YOUR SALES ASSOCIATE knew what we were trying to do and never once said this could happen. There is no way being in this cper for 3 weeks could have done this. Your sales associate was going over lo g term use in thumper as he had just lived in one also for 7 months when he moved to Delaware. You were not threatened at all. What I said was we were contacting someone because you should not be able to do this to people.
