  Bought a new sunset camper a month ago and was pre wired for back up camera and winegard internet. Buy the equivalent to install and nothing works. Called and talk to service try to blame my camera not working (she doesnt know i hook it up to a friend of mine and it worked but didnt want to hear my side) my friend and i saw something sticking up on the roof and go up there and roof was peeling. Told her i paid for the repair but why they sell me a new camper without inspecting it. Send her pictures as well. Stated a could try for refund through the manufacturer. Which i sure that will be pulling teeth. But leak damage is already done to my brand new camper. Back to wiring, cant inspect until end of the month and they dont do wiring so if it is wiring she isnt sure how they are going to get it fix. Friend recommended this company and never again will i do business. Have to figure out how to cancel my
  Extended warranty and just go buy a different model from another dealership. Beware they seem great but once they sell you something they dont care or try to value a customer. Be careful of warranty and stuff they sell. Didnt know it would cost almost $8k for warranty and gap. You live and learn just beware

  I am so incredibly disappointed to say that my excitement over our experience with Hitch RV has forever been changed. I am appalled with how the after sale customer service was handled. We were bounced around for months trying to secure the items we were promised that were damaged during our walk through. These items were promised and signed off on by the service manager, Whisky. We've we're put off. Lied to. Completely disregarded. Never called back. Had we known the damaged items in our unit would not be handled as promised, we certainly would not have completed the sale. No one wants to purchase a brand new RV with damages.
  Integrity is so incredibly important and Hitch RV is proving they do not have that. I am uncertain how they could just to something, in writing, sign off on it, and then just disregard it, as if the papers were never signed. Whisky signed it. We signed it. It was a binding agreement. one of which, as I said above, we counted on when agreeing to the purchase.
  If you are looking to shop with an RV dealer with integrity, go elsewhere. One star is far too many for the way we were treated.

  The first day of having our destination trailer delivered our door would not shut they had promised to fix it before they delivered it they didn’t fix it… the two air conditioners froze up the first day. Window shade fell and broke during transit they ordered a new one but had no one come and put it up. They told us we needed find someone to do it. They do not give roadside service. This came in this condition. If they are selling a product they should check it out before they sell it. What kind of dealer wouldn’t do a complete check on the product. I believe they knew about the door and air conditioners and did not disclose the issues so we now have to deal with the manufacturer and warranties… no customer service at all.

  I was sold a brand new 2023 lemon Keystone Outback.
  
  Both your dealership and the insurance adjuster both stated that I did not cause all the problems with this RV and it is amanufacturing defects.
  
  Your warranty center refused my claim and stands by their "craftsmanship", and blames all the issues listed below on me.
  
  What a scam.
  
  
  
  THE FRONT CAP INTERIOR FRAMING IS BENT AND THE WELDS ARE BROKEN
  
  THERE IS NO EXTERIOR IMPACT TO THE TRAILER
  
  BOTH SIDES ARE SHOWING THE SAME SIGNS OF TWISTED ALUMINUM FRAMING AND BROKEN WELDS
  
  THE FRONT WALL HARDWOOD IS SNAPPED AT THE BOTTOM.
  
  UPON INSPECTION OF THE FRONT BRACING THAT BOLTS INTO THE INTERIOR FRAMING, THE FRONT BRACES ARE NOT BOLTED INTO THE FRAMING AS ALL THE OTHER BRACES ARE
  
  THE FRONT BRACED IS SCREWED INTO THE INTERIOR FRAMING WITH SHEET METAL SCREWS. THE MOUNTING POINT FOR THESE SHEET METAL SCREWS IS WHERE THE FRAME APPEARS TO HAVE FAILED
  
  THE SCREWS BACKED OUT LEAVING NOTHING TO SECURE THE INTERIOR FRAMING TO THE MAIN FRAME SUPPORT BRACKETS.
  
  THE FRONT ROOF SEAL OF THE FRONT CAP IS CRACKED AT BOTH CORNERS FROM THE MOVEMENT.
  
  THE CROSS BRACE OF THE A-FRAME FOR THE HITCH APPEARS BOWED. FRONT A-FRAME APPEARS TO THE EYE TO BE BENT UPWARDS AND NOT LEVEL. THE VEHCILE WAS NOT LEVEL IN THE GROUND TO ACCURATELY MEASURE.

  THE CONSTRUCTION OFF THE VEHICLE APPEARS OFF. THE UPPER ROOF MOULDINGS DO NOT SIT FLUSH AND HAVE BEEN FILLED WITH CLEAR SILICONE TO FILL IN THE GAPS.
  
  THERE IS A RECALL FOR FRAMES ON 2019-2021 FOR ALL OUTBACK 340BH MODELS. THIS RECALL IS NOT SHOWING THE SAME ISSUES AS YOUR VEHCILE, BUT IS BASED ON FAILURE OF THE FRAME.
  
  THERE IS NO CURRENT RECALL FOR ANY 2023 MODELS FOR ANY TYPE OF FAILURE THAT I COULD FIND.
  
  I HOWEVER DID FIND YOUTUBE VIDEO FOR KEYSTONE SPRINGDALES WHERE THERE WAS ISSUES WITH THE FRONT A-FRAME BUCKLING FROM TRAILERING DOWN THE ROAD.

  Hitch RV LLC

  Hello.  I was made aware of this customer's issues yesterday.  

  Our warranty center did not refuse your claim.  Our service department submitted the damage to the manufacturer for warranty repair approval.  Hitch RV does not warranty these campers, the warranties in place are by the manufacturer of the campers. The manufacturer denied the repairs, not Hitch RV. 

  The camper was not damaged like this when you picked it up.  Hitch RV did not cause this damage, but we are only authorized to do warranty repairs that the manufacturer approves.  

  I have submitted the complaint that was filed with PA's Attorney General to the manufacturer and am awaiting their response.  

  I apologize if you feel that Hitch RV "scammed" you.  We are not in the habit of "scamming" our customers. The warranties are through the manufacturer, which is clearly stated on our contracts and agreements.  Hopefully the manufacturer will approve repair or replacement.
