      On October 27, 2024, I wrote a “complaint” review (see below) referencing the service I received.
      As a retired teacher of 39 years, I was happily surprised when the Owner of “First Rate Movers” located in Millsboro, Delaware, actually called me with his deepest and sincerest apology and wanted to discuss in detail each and every moment of the service I received. *****, the owner, informed me that he needed this information as a teaching tool and to make the necessary and needed improvements for his company. I was and continue to be surprised that he would take the time to call me for informational purposes to improve his company and especially to use as a teaching opportunity for his employees. As a retired teacher, and because of Brian, the owners, time and efforts, I felt the need to re-write my review giving five stars versus my previous two for the most important reason that ***** saw the importance in using my feedback as a teaching opportunity for his employees as well as his humble and sincerest apology. Thank you *****.

      The gentleman showed up to our storage site and moved our tenant in to her 2 units and were very professional and polite. The did a great job and we are going to refer them to other tenants for their moving needs.
