    Sunday 11/24/24: I tried to place an order from their website. The options were pickup or delivery – I chose delivery. The confirmation email said it was for pickup. I called to cancel the order and was told they don’t delivery anyhow. Since delivery was not an option, I ended placing an order (by phone) for pickup. Was the discrepancy human error (me) or their website? Who knows?
    When I went to pick my order up, I pointed out that their website clearly says delivery. Their website had an offer – sign up as a VIP and get $5.00 off your first order – which I did. However, canceling the order caused that offer to disappear. I questioned the owner about delivery (which he then informed me that they do deliver – through Door Dash) and getting the $5.00 discount.
    After getting nowhere for about 5 minutes, I gave up and told him I would take my order (of course paying for it). I also told him that his food is great (the four or 5 times I ate there) AND that his customer service sucked. He refused to give me my food. In the end, I went next door and got a much better meal.
    He had plenty of opportunities to make the situation right (and have a customer for life). He chose to make it much worse. He’s a small, rude man with a huge chip on his shoulder – and a very frail ego. I must have hurt his feelings – the truth hurts.
