    *** **** the owner of C & J paving did my driveway on 12/31/24 and the following day it rained. I then noticed a big puddle of water standing. I contacted Jim by Text and explained to him my concern. He asked me to send a photo and that he would come by and take a look at it. By the next rain fall, he still hasn't come by as he said he would previously. I then notified Insight Homes the builder that hired him to do the work. They in turn according to them, tried on numerous occasions as well. To this date, he still hasn't come by. This is a very poor example of a business owner. Potential customer who may call this company, be careful of the type of service you may receive and if you have a concern, he's proven he will not honor it. He has no customer relation skills, could care less if the customer is satisfied, terrible communication skills, and most importantly, no honor.
