Today I spoke with ******* who was extremely helpful in helping me iron out some issues I was having with two accounts regarding payments and the method in which I was receiving my bills. Warm Regards, ******* ******* is a warm and caring employee of Yours that makes You feel like family, and not just a number, and I thanked for helping my Family and I today and hope You folks can do something for hers!!!!!!!! Her level of customer service is why i keep signing up with You folks year after year because You are THE BEST!!!!!!!!! It's funny, I told her i can't remember who i had before, and she said that's good because she did not want me to talk bad about them, so we laughed together instead. What an awesome example she is and thanked Her for making my day when we said our goodbyes. She asked me to ask for her, if i ever call back again, and knew she meant it. I’ve been a customer of Evergreen Waste for probably 10 years or so. The employees working the route are courteous and professional. More importantly, the Customer Service department especially Melissa has been extremely helpful on many occasions Including help with bill pay, questions on pick up dates, etc. Melissa provides timely, accurate information, very quick to answer the phone and make sure that you have all your information before you hang up. I've been a customer of Evergreen Waste for many years after experiencing continued price increases from my previous service provider. Evergreen has been great and recently I had a problem with some broken lids on both garbage and recycle containers. Melissa was very helpful in getting both containers fixed. I have been with Evergreen for years now and have been very pleased with their service. I recently needed a special pick up and spoke with Tamara. Tamara was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I was able to make an informed decision based on the information provided. When the gentleman arrived at my home for the scheduled special pickup, I was very impressed. They were friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a new company or needing to make a switch. A company that puts compassion into trash removal service. Our mother passed away last year and we are still organizing her accounts. They continue to pick up the trash for my father, even though they hadn’t gotten paid until we realized what was happening. I made a phone call and Melissa sent me everything. I needed to know so that I could pay the backpay and get set up on auto pay for my father. They never stopped picking up the trash and gave us a time to get things situated.Evergreen Waste Services
