5 starsEG service is excellent. Pricing is reasonable and pickup is always timely and neatly done. Very happy with additional yard waste, bulk item and metal pickup. Customer service agents such as Reyna are polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Overall very satisfied with EG Waste and Recycling service in our area.Review fromErin C

1 starAbsolute worst service. I’ve spoken to at least 5 customer representatives that do not offer any solutions and make empty promises. My trash cans were taken by the company due to their error and have failed for weeks to return the cans that I had and have paid for. I can already tell that Evergreen Waste Services is going to be an great company to work with. My Realestate agent uses and highly recommended them to me and praised how good they're are with fees. I was a previous customer to that WM company that was just horrible and they made it impossible to work with ! I have been a customer of Evergreen Waste Services for a long time and have never had a complaint. EVER! They have never missed my weekly pickup of my trash, recycling, and yard waste as long as I have been a customer, same time every Monday, no matter what the weather has been. Their customer service group is wonderful and truly cares about helping their customers with their concerns, questions, and requests.
