      I have attached a video of the owner looking at my heater you can see that he turns to the left an shuts off the power to my unit. So he didn’t notice it was shit off he shut it off. Also he didn’t even really look at it or test it again I have attached the video. So he has also lied to you so why would I allow him to come back into my home. Yes I got a 2nd opinion as when he looked at my unit outside he saw it was leaking oil which means it was losing Freon an the lines needed replaced an IT IS STILL AT THAT TIME WAS UNDER HIS WARRANTY he gave me when he installed my unit less than 1 yr ago. He can keep his money but I want all customers to be aware he is a scam an isn’t an honest company.

      wanted to come repair my unit. I caught him in 2 lies so I don’t want him in or near my home. As he is dishonest an not trust worthy!

      I went to homeowners house and found the motor inside not working properly. I advised she may need a blower motor.  At a cost of about $700 dollars. We didn’t install the furnace so the furnace wasn’t covered under warranty.  She had a second opinion come and say she need some other work done.  She didn’t give us a heads up we could be wrong on our diagnosis.  She went ahead and used another company with out trying to have the issue resolved with us.  We will not refund any money as we never charged her for the diagnostics.  And she never gave us due process to correct our issue.
