    The quality of work appears to be decent; however, we haven't been able to test the fireplace yet since it needs time to cure so there isn't much I can offer with regards about that.

    There was one part of the work that was below what I would consider a professional standard. A piece of aluminum flashing was screwed to a connecting fireplace. It was done in a way that had gaps in the sides and sharp edges that could potentially cut someone and presented a potential safety risk. I called the office requesting to speak to the owner about work times, communication, and the flashing (including how it was applied). I was told to write down my concerns so I could share them with the owner and my message would be relayed. I was not informed the owner was on vacation until the day before he was returning. The owner arrived at my house the final day of the job and, instead of communicating with me as requested to seek a mutual resolution, the flashing was removed and the screw holes were left unfilled. I have to fill the holes to repair the damage caused.

    Perceived lack of communication between office, owner, and client, lack of communication when work crews were entering and exiting my property, the lack of communication regarding the scope of the work completed each day they were present at the house, the circumstances surrounding and removing the flashing, and other non-disclosed reasons resulted in this review.

    I was very pleased with the work at Swift did for my church. Employees Paul & Pedro were great. Both cared that the job was done right. They cared about quality and cleaned up each day.
