    I bought a transmission on 9/19/24 from EMR Metal Recycling at Camden yard NJ,.This transmission arrived at my mechanics on 9/20/24. The EMR Company dry iced this transmission & erase valuable information to reset the transmission after spending close to $2,000.00. The Ford dealership came to try to reset the transmission with the vin number with no success. I have called several times, not being able to reach the lady (Denise). I had to call another number and spoke w/Karina, told her the problem I had was speaking to a man named Dominic from the other office, who refused to let me speak to manager/supervisor, he wanted me to tell him my issue to see if it was worth even telling management. Karina apologized for the experience I had with that gentleman & offered to send another transmission, but told me to let her know whether to send it or not she suggested I go ahead and get this transmission in case it sells, I agreed. That transmission With more miles and for the same price, I paid for the newer transmission was supposed of been shipped out and It was supposed to arrive today 10/07/24. I reached out to Karina this morning, she stated that I was supposed to call her back and let her know to send out this transmission, I reminded her of the conversation that we had that she told me to go ahead and order this transmission to have it sent out in case it was sold. Karina is going to try to have another transmission sent out today or tomorrow. I asked her to please if she sending another transmission or when she senses transmission please ask whoever is going to do the dry ice to take pictures of any & all stickers identifying on the transmission transmission being sent.
