      I came from Charlotte, NC to New Castle Delaware to purchase my brand new $70,000 Ford F150 Lariat back in late December 2024.
      My license plate STILL has not arrived, and my temporary tag expires in 2 days.
      It's nearing THREE MONTHS to get my tag?!?!?! I have been back and forth with phone calls with them for the better part of 2 months.
      The gross incompetence here is astonishing.

      I've been buying and having my cars serviced with Carmen Lincoln for over 15 years! The team is very knowledgeable and has a strong customer focus. I feel I can trust them and they are looking out for my family's well-being. I have found them to be professional, honest and respectful. My most recent trip to Carmen in November kept the winning streak alive! -Thankful for the excellent service!

      On 9/25/2024 I took my 2019 MKC for service ( a oil change, tire rotation and all fluids leveled off). This passed Sunday 10/6/2024 I started my only for it started sputtering and it cut off. I tried again and it started miss firing. I pulled over two different times but each time it kept miss firing. I ended up at the AutoZone when they lifted the hood my coolant was gone dry the windshield fluid was very low. On the sheet it stated that all fluids had been leveled off. I looked it up on line and it could cause a couple of serious issues. If so I hold this service department full responsibility for being so negligent this car is not cheap. Thank you my name is ***** ******

      Called and scheduled a test drive for 02/18/23 with Troy. after looking at similar cars on the market I had a few questions so I called Troy who was busy and called me back. After our conversation he text me back and i responded, it became very clear Troy was not interested in the sales potential so i moved on and purchased a very similar Ram 2500 Laramie from a Preston CDJR local to me.

      Troy was over an hour away so riding there to discuss the truck was not just an easy thing to do. I feel like Troy blew me off but he cost the dealer ship a sale.
