    Item shows in stock, and advertised that it would be sent out in two days. Then I was completely ghosted with no updates. I requested a refund, and ordered through another company. They refuse to offer a refund, and are insistent on sending a product, even though it hasn’t been sent out, and it has been weeks since ordering past their own deadline advertised.

    Sales stuff in stock that is not in stock. Then extends the date that you'll get it by a month at the end of every month. Does not offer a way to cancel and get a refund. Then when you finally are able to contact them because they don't answer phones and take 2-3 weeks to reply to emails they'll tell you oh its coming in 2-3 days you'll get tracking soon and when 2-3 days pass you'll send another ticket that will take 2-3 weeks to get a response and they say oh just 2-3 days. When you tell them to cancel and give you your money back they'll give you a whole big email about how they are moving to a new warehouse and completely ignore your request. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! Only way to get your money back is through a charge back with your back or card issuer.

    AS previously described, horrible service and no way to contact this company. They do not respond to E-mails and do not answer phone calls. I'm trying to cancel an order TR43965 and being ignored. This company is operating under false pretences of having stock and advertising that they do. I want a refund now.

    Hoorible!

    Horrible customer service, also devise does not work on the jeep JL as advertised. I would give no stars if i could. I called 9 times and finally got ahold of some one. They merged with trak racer but dont share each others info. So he could not even help me when i called. Also it took 3 shipment attempts to get it to me. Unreal! Never experienced anything like this. Plus it does not respond as advertised. There is only a better response at higher RPMs. Not off the line, it still slowly picks up to speed. If there is any help out there i need it. I cant get my money back because they dont answer however they have a 30 day return policy. How does this work when it took they 3 shipping attempts to get it to me ?
