    Collusion, the staff stated they discuss pricing of heating oil with other distributors, they even quote their prices. The collusion of pricing has been illegal in every industry. Harley when you call in for a price states to you that they call other delivery companies to determine their price, Price Fixing.

    secret or illegal cooperation or conspiracy, especially in order to cheat or deceive others. - "the armed forces were working in collusion with drug traffickers"
    EVERY industry watches the prices of their competitors, including Walmart. I noticed that your email says "inc" so you must understand this concept unless you are trying to trick people into thinking you're a professional of some sort. What we do, as do other smaller oil companies, us NOT a conspiracy. We are not collaborating with other companies to cheat the customers. Before you use a word and accuse someone of something, make sure you understand what you're saying. You are upset because you didn't get oil for $2.40/gallon and the rest of the readers might want to know that you still wanted the oil but were refused service because of your hostile attitude. Thanks for your review!
