    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business is incorrect in the facts. The area where the leak persisted was the same exact area they were charged with fixing. Therefore, they never completed the work for which they were hired. This is a repeated pattern with this company if you read there reviews online.

    Hi ****! Thank you for your feedback on this issue. I’ve pulled up your account, and it shows you signed a contract for siding and roof repairs in December. The contracted work that was agreed upon was completed by our technicians in early January. After your call stating that you were still leaking, we came to assess this and it was determined that the leak was coming from an area outside of the work that was completed. Unfortunately, as explained thoroughly by Andrew, when working on older buildings there could be several causes of leaks in multiple locations. A more extensive estimate was offered to provide further assistance which was declined. Please do not hesitate to give us a call any time at 302-832-7663 to discuss this further. I hope this clarifies any confusion, and again, thank you for your business and your feedback.
