    0 stars to this company! They are a bunch of crooks who swindled my company for money. We are owner operator truck drivers struggling in this economy who were hauling a delivery to Walmart Distribution center in Smyrna DE. As my husband couldn’t idle in Walmart to either warm up the truck to keep warm or cook a meal in the truck he went to a local shopping lot where he can pick up a warm meal and eat before heading back. As my husband SAT IN HIS TRUCK WITHOUT A TRAILER, Youre Booted LLC proceeded to sneakily and in a rush place chains around our tires without any locks just to make it look as if they booted us and then drove around to face our tractor head on to intimidate and hustle my husband the driver. A simple knock on the door from You’re booted and my husband would have left the site but they decided this unfortunate route to demand we pay $500 to remove loose chains or pay $3,000 if we were towed. They advised that they have been watching him and our truck on cameras, so they actually knew he was in the truck.

    I attempted to call this company which turned out to be the person who had just swindled us and he refused to hear my frustrations or complaint and proceeded to hang up and ignore my calls.

    This company gets no stars, they are crooks and will steal your money!! I will be lodging a complaint with BBB as our haul from PA to DE was now free and we made zero dollars!! When fuel, tolls, brokers and compliance eats away at any profit owner operator truckers are making these days they should have been a bit more considerate!! SHAME ON THIS COMPANY for poor business practices.
