    On April 19 **** came out and gave me an estimate to do some tree work. He gave me 3 options, with the complete job at $3000. ***** offered me a 15% discount( $2550). I offered $2500 and she accepted that. Service was scheduled for May 4th. The crew came but it was raining and they were unable to do the job and said it would need to be rescheduled. I never heard from them again so on June 19 I called ***** who was unaware that the job was not done. She promised to speak with the owner and get back to me. She said **** was no longer with the company. When she finally got back to me she informed me that the job would now be $7000!!! I feel they should honor the estimate given by the representative they sent to my home!

    I understand your frustration but unfortunately we cannot do the job for that price. Like I said over the phone, before you hanged up on me, John made a mistake. We are human beings and we all make mistakes sometimes. 
    He is not longer with the company. 
    We can work a payment plan for you but we can’t honor the price **** gave you.

    On 4/4/23 3 Brothers came to my house and removed 2 trees. When I came home I saw a rock had broken one of the sliding doors to my 3 season room. I contacted them immediately and sent them a picture. They said they'd be by to look at it. They sent someone who took measurements. I followed up several times by phone and text, sent more pictures. The glass kept shattering more and more all over my concrete which leads to my pool. I let them know that I have cancer and surgery is scheduled in a few weeks, as well as I have two small children and a dog. I was repeatedly told I would get a call back to resolve this. I eventually disputed the charge for the service and called to let them know I want this door replaced and that I've disputed the charge until it's resolved. I was again told they would call me back and they never did.

    Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The door was replaced. However, as you can see in the photo, the door was replaced with a door that does not match the existing/previous door. It is not white nor is it the correct style! I had just replaced the doors on this side of my sunroom in 2021. The doors must match!!! And they must be white! My sunroom contains 7 exterior sliding doors, which are all WHITE except for this one now!! It looks absolutely horrible and is noticed from down the street. I would have preferred no glass in my original door to this. I've attached a photo that shows the original door matched the door beside it, and this clearly does not.
