      I have a serious complaint I paid off my Water Softener the machine cut off I called for an appointment they gave me an appointment for todayI called them and ask them when was they coming all of a sudden they stated that they did not have me down until two weeks later I am a disabled veteran 100 disabled veteran I moved here because the military moved me here because I am Allergic to the water where I lived it so they put in a system the system stopped working they were supposed to come out and fix all of a sudden they gonna tell me whoever scheduled it made a freaking mistake that is not my problem they need to get somebody out here to doit This is the worst company I have had problems with this machine since day one I live in the boondocks where they have made excuses excuses excuses excuses I think the people that they have working for them is not qualify to put this machine up the park this is the worst company ever they are putting my health in jeopardy

      We got a rainsoft system a few months ago, and it’s been life changing. Drinking water without chemicals or hardness. No more buying bottle water, and-soft skin for the entire family. Also a lifetime warranty on the entire system. Best decision we ever made. Thank you rainsoft

      Buyer beware! Be prepared for misinformation and misleading information. They will try to sell you an overpriced water filter. Lame in home water test that you could do your for less than $10. $4500 suggested for an undersink RO system? Then sell it for $2000 and convince you that you got a good deal. I don't know how they sleep at night. Replacement filters for $500 and plastic housings for what, $1500? I eventually got suckered into buying the undersink RO filter. It was incorrectly installed with missing parts and leaky faucet. Then they arranged a permit for replacing your filter w/o telling you. Ridiculous. Was told the Ultrefiner II provides a usage monitor for filter monitor. Not true. Filters get replaced on a schedule. I don't understand how time driven replacement considers level of water contamination removed and volume running through the filters. I am skeptical about the competition usage based indicators, but I would expect at least a water usage monitor with this RO filter system. Would be nice if there was a good independent review to compare the Ultrefiner II vs competition for performance to include rigor of a comprehensive water test and a proper cost-benefit analysis. All those reviews don't really say much and leave this one out. Is it as good as they make seem? I doubt it, but also don't know what really is the right choice either because of the lack of information.

      Wish I could credibly assign the blame for a charlatan sales sham that wasted 90 minutes of time at our home and offered a hand-written “estimate” that expired the day of their visit. I had contacted Atlantic Water Products using the listed 1800 number on their website and got a same-day appointment from a “sales representative/briefcase chemist” who didn’t leave a business card or contact information. Not that I want to contact this company after the $12K “quote” for a water treatment system in our house … buyer beware. Perhaps the company is credible based on some Google reviews, but that was NOT our experience.
